The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work to support and promote advertising and marketing on all social media platforms for our Real Estate Agents, as well as taking photos and creating videos for our offices and agents.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be in direct communication with and an extension of our Corporate Marketing team.
We are searching for a candidate with Real Estate Experience.
Responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Coordinator include:
Assemble Digital advertising using an easy-to-learn, web-based platform and InDesign (we will train).
Working with agents to develop integrated marketing plans.
Taking photos of office events.
Working with agents to determine marketing needs and understanding what marketing pieces are available to them.
Proofread digital ads/marketing pieces and get approval from the agent before submitting the print-ready files to the publication.
Work with agents to create digital marketing plans for personal promotion and listing promotion.
Responsible for social media for the office as well as assisting agent's social media.
Responsible for creating dynamic videos for listings and office events.
Maintain our brand identity through enforcement of our brand equity standards.
Act as a liaison between corporate and multiple offices to bring back any new marketing initiatives and campaigns and help agents put them into effect.
Profile Requirements:
Be customer service oriented Have superior communication skills Have excellent spelling/grammar skills Be independent and self-motivated Be active in social media - comfortable with posting and promoting social media assets Be extremely organized Solid computer skills Creative writing skills Strong social media skills Have experience working in Real Estate InDesign experience a plus Photography experience Video assembling experience Job Type:
